Terms of Service

LinkNZ is a marketplace that connects customers in Auckland with independent local service providers. You must be 18 or over to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

A booking is an agreement between you and the provider. LinkNZ facilitates the listing, scheduling and payment, but the provider is responsible for performing the service. Prices, durations and coverage areas are set by each provider.

Payment is taken at the time of booking through our secure payment partner. LinkNZ deducts its commission from the provider's payout. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the provider's policy and how much notice is given; contact us if a booking goes wrong.

Providers must hold any licences, registrations and insurance required for their trade in New Zealand, deliver services with reasonable care and skill, and honour confirmed bookings.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful, and may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. To the extent permitted by law, LinkNZ is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of LinkNZ after an update means you accept the revised terms.
