Booking a stranger to come to your home should not feel like a gamble. Here's what we put behind every booking.
Verified providers
Before a business earns a verified badge we check their contact details, business identity and the trade credentials required for their category in New Zealand.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner and held against the booking. Providers are paid out after the job, so there's a clear record on both sides.
Honest reviews
Reviews come from real bookings on the platform. Providers cannot delete a review they disagree with.
If something goes wrong
If a provider doesn't show, cancels late, or the work isn't as described, tell us within 7 days of the booking. We'll work with both sides to arrange a re-book or a refund of the amount paid through LinkNZ.
